Like any Carson signature event, it started with an anthem. yeah, that one we all know.
And then the revolutionaries were off, instructed to "deny deny deny" everything and anything that could potentially incriminate our fearless leader. He is so selfless, that guy. The first stop was definitely one of the top 3 stops of the day. It involved women vs. men, two pony kegs and a shitload of pastel bendy straws.
next was the luau stop where we piggy backed on some Hawaiian bbq. guess I was distracted and didn't take too many pictures.
Last, the park sans dj. our stay ended in a water balloon fight that never got off the ground and a dance-off won by ms. j
After a friendly tip from the local police, revolutionaries made their way back to the funplex. There imbibed on more beer with "that guy" and enjoyed the fire pit. Another day of drinking well spent with 102 of our closest friends.
...but the weekend was still ahead of us. Sunday promised a lazy day of strolling the pleasant streets of OB and a couple hours at the harp adorning Sage's newly purchased bush refrigerator magnets with go go boots and bustier and coloring in his new gangster coloring book. I highly recommend OB dwellers swing by that hippie shop, you know, the one next to that taco stand, and pick up one of these books...you may get some weird looks but generally bar tenders are quick to accept your creation as back-bar decoration.
